KUAH PLIEK U - FOR ACEH

RECIPES VEGETABLE MATERIALS

MATERIALS BUMBU MIllED PRESCRIPTION 
   - Cayenne 5 pieces
   - 2 tablespoons minced cilantro
   - Coconut gongseng 2½ tbsp
   - Onion 5 cloves
   - 2 cloves garlic
   - Ginger 1 cm
   - Cayenne 20 pieces
   - Turmeric has dihalus 1 tsp
   - Coriander cook 1 tsp
   - Pepper ½ tbsp
    -Asam Sunti 4 pieces

MATERIALS BUMBU CHOPPING
    Green chillies 9 pieces
    Red onion 3 cloves
    Sere two rods
    Lime leaves 10 sheets (on Kruet)

HOW TO MAKE A PRESCRIPTION GRAV (PLIK U ACEH)

  1. Gongseng pliek u low heat until fragrant smell.
