Ingredients / spices:
  • 1 medium-size ducks
  •  250 ml water
  • 175 ml honeycomb
  •  1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Sauce Ingredients:
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  •  2 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 125 ml water 
Processing Method:
  • Wash the duck and dry with a clean cloth. Skewer with a piece of bamboo skewer through the neck and body cavity so that the duck is on hold.
  • Place the duck on top of the basin. Flush with boiling water. Drain back.
  • Mix honey, water, salt, and ginger. Stir well. Spread with honey mixture until blended. Repeat 3-4 times. Let stand 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator until the skin is dry in the refrigerator, uncovered.  
  • Place the duck on a baking sheet. Oven 45 minutes with a temperature of 140 degrees
  • Celsius. Turn over and bake the bottom 45 minutes.
  • Sauce: mix sugar, soy sauce and water until smooth. Heat the sesame oil. Pour the soy sauce mixture. Cook until thickened. Serve in a separate bowl.
